Processing Time
All art work other than prints are made to order. This means that they take about 3-4 weeks to be made before they are sent out. If you have a date you need the item by, please let us know as soon as you place your order.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days once an order is sent out. We also offer international shipping! There will be an additionally cost that will be calculated when the piece is finished. You can also choose to pickup your order at our location for no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns. Exchanges can be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
Rush Orders
Rush pieces will be charged an additional 20% depending on the date it is needed.
